Under executive order in response to COVID-19, Creative Recreational Systems, Inc. is classified as an “essential business” [ https://covid19.ca.gov/stay-home-except-for-essential-needs/ ] and we will remain open to serve our customers.

We are focused on keeping employees and customers safe by following and remaining compliant with CDC guidelines.

While the supply chain and construction sectors remain critical needs, we have made the decision to support these efforts and transition a majority of our operational workforce to virtual environments in their homes. As such, some employees will be working remotely and others will remain in the offices to facilitate any tasks necessary.

We do not anticipate service interruptions since much of our team has already been established as distributed members prior to the crisis. Over the past 6 years we have developed, tested and implemented operational systems that are 99% digital, supported further by automation so that our infrastructure can function properly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Prior to the COVID-19 crisis approximately 40% of our workforce was already established as members of the “distributed team” throughout the world including Canada, Australia, The Philippines, Egypt, Macedonia, India and Pakistan. Many of these dedicated team members have been with us for more than 7 years and we are grateful to have these talented individuals on board contributing to our mission.

We hold a unique position in the supply chain and so we have also moved forward in taking assistive action by committing to import N95 masks which will be donated directly to medical facilities in order to help with the shortage. We also have portable playground sanitation devices manufactured and queued for shipping. We will be releasing more details on this soon.
